Bookings

A session or event is booked once the date and package are confirmed with the studio; payment and deposit details are agreed in writing at booking.

If you need to change the date, write to us as early as possible — we do our best to accommodate you based on availability.

The photographs

Photographs are taken by Ivania O'field Photography LLC and the studio keeps the copyright; your package includes the usage rights we agree on for your own photos.

Event originals are kept securely; they are never deleted without talking to you first.
